How it plays
Your live heart rate from Apple Health drives the game in real time. There are no buttons to mash. The effort is the input, and your body is the only controller you need.
Pick one of eleven dungeons, from a ten minute recovery stroll to a savage round of intervals. Each one targets a heart rate band.
Four classes, each with an ability tied to where you sit in your zone. The app suggests one for the day. The call is always yours.
Hit your target zone and your champion advances and strikes. Stay there and combos build. Drop out and the multiplier melts away.

Every dungeon is tuned to a heart rate band and a length, with its own pixel biome, its own enemies, its own weather. Difficulty climbs from one to five.

Bring your own machine
Treadmill, bike, rower, or elliptical. If it gets your heart rate up, it runs the dungeon. The game reads your effort, not your equipment.
