How it plays

Pick a workout. Pick a class. Press start.

Your live heart rate from Apple Health drives the game in real time. There are no buttons to mash. The effort is the input, and your body is the only controller you need.

Choose your run

Pick one of eleven dungeons, from a ten minute recovery stroll to a savage round of intervals. Each one targets a heart rate band.

Pick a class

Four classes, each with an ability tied to where you sit in your zone. The app suggests one for the day. The call is always yours.

Hit your target zone and your champion advances and strikes. Stay there and combos build. Drop out and the multiplier melts away.

Match your heart rate band and every step lands a strike. Drift, and the wave overwhelms you. Perfect timing on the beat scores big.

The whole screen pulses with your pulse, so you always know what your body is doing without staring at a single number.

Four kinds of effort.

Every dungeon is tuned to a heart rate band and a length, with its own pixel biome, its own enemies, its own weather. Difficulty climbs from one to five.

RECOVERY

Easy sessions for the days your legs just need to move and nothing more.

STEADY STATE

Crystal Caverns, Forest Trails, Catacombs

Zone 2 · 20 to 30 min

Classic Zone 2 cardio. Settle in, hold a comfortable pace, let it add up.

ENDURANCE

Interval Inferno, Volcano Ascent, Moonlit Marathon

Mixed zones · 25 to 45 min

Long intervals that climb and hold. For the days you want the grind.

HIIT

Shadow Sprint, Iron Gauntlet

Peak zone · about 20 min

Short and savage. Rounds of peak effort with just enough rest to survive the next one.

Four classes

Four ways to play.

Each class has one ability, and every ability is tied to where you sit in your heart rate zone. The app recommends the one that fits the workout. The choice is yours.

Warrior

Bring your own machine

Every workout is a quest.

Treadmill, bike, rower, or elliptical. If it gets your heart rate up, it runs the dungeon. The game reads your effort, not your equipment.

Your pulse, your zones.

We read your live heart rate from Apple Health, so anything your Apple Watch or chest strap writes to it just works. Your zones come from your own resting heart rate, not an off the shelf formula.

Every session logs back to Apple Health as a real workout, with active energy from your Watch when it is there.
