1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Inner.codes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Inner.codes is a mobile application designed to support personal self-improvement through affirmations, meditation, guided hypnotic relaxation, goal tracking, journaling, and related wellness content. The App includes:

• Curated affirmation modules across various life categories
• Multiple engagement modes (Mantra, Absorb, Meditation, Hypnotic)
• Custom playlist creation with background music
• Goal setting and progress tracking
• Personal journaling
• Daily reminders and notifications

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Important Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Inner.codes is a self-improvement and general wellness tool only. It is not a medical device, therapeutic service, or clinical treatment.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care: The content provided in the App, including but not limited to affirmations, guided meditations, hypnotic relaxation sessions, and journaling prompts, is intended for general self-improvement and personal development purposes only. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed mental health care.

No Licensed Professionals: Ensonova and the creators of Inner.codes are not licensed physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, social workers, or healthcare providers of any kind. The App does not establish a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or any other professional-client relationship.

Mental Health Conditions: The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent any mental health condition, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, or substance use disorders. If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have any mental health condition, consult a qualified mental health professional before using this App.

Hypnotic Content: The guided hypnotic relaxation content in this App is not clinical hypnotherapy and is not administered by a licensed or certified hypnotherapist. It is intended solely for general relaxation and self-suggestion purposes. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a dissociative disorder, or any condition that may be affected by deep relaxation or suggestive content, do not use the hypnotic features without first consulting your healthcare provider.

Crisis Warning: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, or any psychiatric emergency, stop using the App immediately and contact emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US), or your local crisis services. The App is not equipped to handle emergencies.

Individual Results: Results from using the App vary from person to person. No specific outcomes, improvements, or benefits are guaranteed. The effectiveness of affirmations, meditation, and related practices depends on many factors beyond the App's control.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily using the App for personal self-improvement purposes at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the App's content is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
• You will not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
• You will seek professional advice if you have any concerns about your mental or physical health.
• You understand that listening to meditation or hypnotic content may cause drowsiness and should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires alertness.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and providing accurate and complete information.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any content from the App
• Use the App to provide services to third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ensonova or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create through the App (such as journal entries and goals). By using the App, you grant Ensonova a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely in connection with providing the service to you.

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, accept automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, and acknowledge that refunds are subject to applicable platform (e.g., Apple App Store) policies.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ensonova does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ensonova and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, health, wellbeing, or goodwill, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any reliance on content, information, or materials provided through the App
• Any mental, emotional, or physical effects experienced while using or after using the App
• Any decision made or action taken based on information provided in the App
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality

In no event shall Ensonova's total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ensonova and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any claim that your use of the App caused damage to you or a third party.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as the Apple App Store or music providers). Ensonova does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ensonova operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ensonova regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
