By accessing or using Fast & Bear It (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Health Acknowledgment

Fasting carries risks. Ensonova and its team are not licensed nutritionists, dietitians, physicians, or healthcare providers. The App does not establish a doctor-patient, nutritionist-client, or any other professional-client relationship between you and Ensonova.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are not pregnant or breastfeeding, not underweight, and do not have a history of eating disorders. You also confirm that you do not have any medical condition that could be affected by fasting, including but not limited to diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, heart conditions, thyroid conditions, adrenal disorders, blood sugar regulation disorders, or any condition requiring regular food intake or medical supervision.

If you are unsure whether fasting is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App.

3. No Medical Advice

The App provides general wellness and entertainment features. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent any medical condition or eating disorder. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical device. Fasting content within the App is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Individual results vary. No specific health outcomes, weight loss, or benefits are guaranteed.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that fasting can cause adverse effects, including dizziness, fainting, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, or other complications. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with fasting or using the App. If you experience concerning symptoms, stop fasting immediately and seek medical care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

If you have a history of or are at risk for eating disorders, consult a healthcare professional before using this App.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App safely and responsibly.
• Ensure all information you enter is accurate.
• Do not use the App to support disordered eating or unhealthy behaviors.

6. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Ensonova or its licensors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it in ways that violate laws or these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as the App Store). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ensonova and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, wellbeing, profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from: (a) any physical effects experienced while fasting or following any information provided by the App; (b) any decision made based on information presented in the App; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (d) any other matter relating to the App.

In no event shall Ensonova's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App exceed the amount you have paid to Ensonova for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ensonova harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ensonova regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
