You acknowledge that fasting can cause adverse effects, including dizziness, fainting, dehydration, or other complications. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with fasting or using the App. If you experience concerning symptoms, stop fasting immediately and seek medical care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App safely and responsibly.

• Do not use the App to support disordered eating or unhealthy behaviors.
