Fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window, for example noon to 8pm. Sleep covers half the fast. Set a 16 hour fast in the app when you finish dinner and Growls climbs while you sleep. Learn more
Roughly: digestion for the first few hours, falling insulin by hour 8, fat burning ramping from hour 12, ketosis around hours 16 to 18, and deeper cellular cleanup in extended fasts. The app maps these stages as checkpoints on the mountain. Learn more
